RETURN POLICY.

FURNITURE, RUGS, AND LIGHTING:

At this time, there are no returns on freight furniture pieces due to buyer’s remorse and all sales are to be considered final. If any Item(s) arrive damaged from transit, please contact our customer support via email to file a claim, visit our claims section below. The buyer must provide photos of any noticeable damage of the packaging prior to unboxing, provide photos of the damaged product, and a copy of the signed B.O.L. supplied by the freight carrier. For any warranty related issue of the product, please reach out to support via email, as well. Any orders picked up from the warehouse are to be considered accepted by the customer once they leave and there are no returns.

To request a return on larger items, please contact our returns support, via email returns@boswelldesign.net, within 7 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address and order number in order to start the return process. Once our team approves the return, you will receive the necessary information to commence the return procedure.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to BOSWELL DESIGN’S Warehouse. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for the return and the customer is responsible for arranging the shipping to return items and all said freight charges. BOSWELL DESIGN is not responsible for any fees that may be associated with this shipping process.

Please note that returned items must be dispatched via mail within 7 business days. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit.

Kindly be aware, all items received in a damaged condition or returns not received within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. You will be promptly notified via email once the evaluation process is completed. Please note that not all furniture, rugs, lighting, large-format art, or online exclusives are subject to our return policy.

TEXTILES, PILLOWS, HOME ACCESSORIES, AND CANDLES

Please contact our customer support team, via email, for any issues on orders containing the categories listed in the headline above. You'll need the email address the order was placed with, and the order number. All returns within these categories will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If approved, returns or exchanges must be placed back in the mail within 7 business days. Returning the item(s) is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging, or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are returned to us damaged, or returned outside of the allotted return time frame, will not be eligible for a refund/exchange and you will be notified.

Please note that any and all orders containing items listed as FINAL SALE and CLEARANCE items, are not returnable or exchangeable.

FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please note that Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable including FURNITURE, ARE, MIRRORS, HOME DECOR, TEXTILES, CANDLES, ETC. BOSWELL DESIGN does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: items purchased at warehouse sales, pop-up shops, or gift cards. Any product that has been customized/personalized for you is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. It is possible to cancel backordered items in your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment.
